• x Left: จำนวนสินค้าที่ยังเหลืออยู่ในสต็อก
• Sold out: ขณะนั้นสินค้าหมด
• ในกรณีที่สินค้าหมด ลูกค้าสามารถคลิก ‘Notify Me’ เพื่อรับอีเมลแจ้งเตือนเมื่อมีการเติมสต็อกสินค้าชิ้นนั้น หรือลูกค้าสามารถเลือก Subscribe รับข่าวสารทางอีเมลจากเรา เพื่อจะได้ไม่พลาดเมื่อมีการเติมสต็อกสินค้าในทุกๆ ครั้ง

จองสินค้าไว้ก่อนได้ไหม ?

• Pomelo ไม่มีนโยบายการจองสินค้า รวมถึงการเลือกสินค้าไว้ในตะกร้าก็ไม่นับว่าเป็นการจองสินค้าเช่นกัน อย่างไรก็ตามลูกค้าสามารถกดสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่เลือกไว้ในตะกร้าได้ตลอดเวลาหากยังมีสินค้าชิ้นดังกล่าวอยู่ในสต็อก

หากเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ขัดข้องระหว่างขั้นตอนการชำระเงิน จะทราบได้อย่างไรว่าการชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้นเรียบร้อยแล้ว?

2. เช็คดูว่ามีรายการสั่งซื้อออเดอร์ล่าสุดของคุณอยู่หรือไม่
3. ทั้งนี้ ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อธนาคารเพื่อขอดูการตัดยอดบัญชี ซึ่งบัญชีจะถูกตัด ณ เวลาที่ทำการยืนยันสั่งซื้อออเดอร์เรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น

ยกเลิกสินค้าอย่างไร?

• กรณีที่ 1 ยังทำรายการสั่งซื้อไม่สำเร็จ: สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อโดยคลิกกากบาท นำสินค้าออกจากตะกร้าสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชั่นได้ทันที
• กรณีที่ 2 ทำรายการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จแล้ว: โทรมายกเลิกรายการสั่งซื้อโดยตรงกับฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ได้ที่เบอร์ 02-821-6878 (วันจันทร์-วันอาทิตย์ เวลา 9:00 – 19:00 น.) หรืออีเมล wecare-th@pomelofashion.com พร้อมแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่ต้องการยกเลิก (เช่น PML 79xxxxxxxx)
